Along with advanced cardiac, cancer and birthing services, Hendrick offers such specialties as a freestanding rehabilitation hospital, pediatric intensive care unit, skilled nursing facilities, extended care and expanding rehabilitation services which include sports medicine. Other services and facilities include a seven-bed inpatient hospice unit, renovations of The BirthPlace at Hendrick, and the renovations of several patient floors. Off-campus, retirement living includes three areas of service, Mesa Springs Retirement Village, Mesa Springs Healthcare Center and Wisteria Place. As part of the retirement network, patients and families can easily access the full spectrum of services for seniors.
